On August 26, DSR Corporation took part in the “Business and Education” dialogue, organized jointly by IT Park Uzbekistan and INHA University in Tashkent.

The meeting brought together IT Park residents and university representatives to discuss the needs of the IT market and ways to strengthen cooperation between businesses and the education sector.Company representatives shared their expectations for future IT specialists. In particular, participants noted the growing demand for qualified cybersecurity professionals. Business representatives also emphasized the need to strengthen AI competencies and prepare specialists who can apply these technologies to solve real-world business challenges.

Special attention was given to developing soft skills alongside strong technical expertise. As noted during the meeting, it is increasingly important to help young specialists develop communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility and adaptability.

Participants also discussed opportunities to develop internship programs within companies and expand practical training for students. The discussion covered ways to strengthen cooperation between students and IT companies, including organizational and legal aspects of internships and the possibility of establishing tripartite agreements between universities, students, and companies.
